• Johnson Township Cycling Tour, July 1st

    Ride a 25 km loop leaving at 10am from the Johnson Farmers’ Market in Desbarats heading to Suddaby Park where they will deliver a boxed lunch, looping around Mckinnon Road and back to the market before it closes.

    The route has both surface treated and gravel sections, so choose your bike accordingly. Those who like to cycle a greater distance could leave from the island or island turnoff and take Hwy 17 east to McKnight Road to Government and meet at the market.

    Registration is $10 (which includes a boxed lunch) and can be done online at eventbrite, in advance at M&J Hair Boutique & McClellands Hardware & Feed, or at the arena the morning of July 1st.
