Yoga and cycling go together like icing and donuts. Tight riding muscles are in constant need of a little love and affection, yoga can do the trick! This class is designed for cyclists and will help riders of all abilities to keep the rubber side down.
We will focus on building strength, balance and flexibility by targeting key muscles that get tight from riding such as the hips and hammies, shoulders and chest and incorporate some yummy twists to help maintain a healthy spine.
Connecting breath and movement through yoga can increase our focus, awareness of our body and how our body responds to stress (e.g., while riding a bike). After this practice, bring your yogi state of mind on your next ride and feel the benefits.
