
MTB Exchange (Ladies Only Event)
Join the Sault Cycling Club for the MTB Exchange!
Pre-registration is required and will be capped at 50 women. You must either have a Sault Cycling Club Membership or purchase an OCA membership if you plan to ride at other MTB Exchange locations.

When you arrive, look for a bright blue little ski building with a parking lot to the right, this is where we’ll have you park. Off to the right of the parking lot (past the blue building) you will see a large tent sent up.
RIDE & APRES INFORMATION
Saturday, July 9: Meet 6:00 PM Ride: 6:20 PM
Urban Adventure & Brewery
What to expect: We’ll be starting on the paved hub trail where we’ll ride through a few unofficial trails networks (Fort Creek & Finn Hill). There’ll be some climbs with fun descents, some rooty sections, but also some nice hard-packed dirt. We’ll end the ride at one of our favorite local breweries downtown!
Ride Duration: Approx. 2-3 hours (Depending on ride group selected)
Distance: 15-25 km (Depending on ride group selected)
Sunday, July 10: Meet 9:30 AM Ride: 9:50 AM
Flow, Berms & Jumps on the Crystal & Explore Farmer Lake
What to expect: We’ll be riding single track, new flow, berms and jump lines all along hard-packed fast dirt. We’ll also be checking out our new “Farmer Lake trail”, returning on a new enduro line with a stop for a swim in Crystal Lake.
Apres: We’ll head back to Kinsmen Park for a BBQ lunch hosted by the Sault Cycling Club. Expect burgers, hot dogs and snacks. Prizes, giveaways and fun!
