SCC’s Halloween Crimson Cross

Join us on Sunday, October 31st at Crimson Ridge for the SCC’s Halloween Crimson Cross races!!
To participate in the cross races, you must have a 2021 Sault Cycling Club membership. Not sure if you do? Send us an email at info@saultcyclingclub.ca  If you need one, you can purchase it here.

Things to Know

– We have various races set up for differing skill levels.
– Prizes will be awarded to random participants at the end of the event.
– Food & beverage (yes, beer!) will be available through Crimson Ridge and there will be an outdoor tent.
– Costumes are encouraged but not mandatory.

Event Schedule

10:30       Late registrations
10:30       Warm up ride (45 mins)
11:30        B Race (45 mins)
12:30       Kids short race (15 mins)
1:00         Kids long race (30 mins)
1:45          Warm up ride (30 mins)
2:30         A Race (60 mins)

Pre-Registration is now closed. Please ensure you arrive early on Sunday if you still need to register. Registration opens at 10:30 am.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

In order to make this event a success, we need your help! If you are interested in helping out or have kids who need volunteer hours, please let us know. Here’s what we need help with:

Saturday, October 30
Course Set Up (4-6 people) 1:00 pm for approx. 4 hours.

Sunday, October 31
Registration (2 people)  10:00 am – 2:30 pm (when the last race starts)
Distributing Prizes (1 person) 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Start / Finish Line (3-5 people) 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (needed to give instructions, time & count laps)
Course Tear Down (4-6 people) 3:30 – until completed.
