    This weekend be sure to check out this great event from the Canadian Mental Health Association, Donate to a good cause, enjoy a tasty BBQ, ride your bike 5, 25, 50 or 100km, the last two with an OPP escort!

    Registration is $40, which includes Lunch and some swag, and is waived if you fundraise more than $100
