Good Shepherd Award - Danielle Anstess
Awarded to a SCC member that goes the extra mile to support our club members. This could involve items such as (but not limited to), making sure no rider is left behind, providing special assistance and encouragement to others or promoting fellowship and teamwork.

Jim Miller

Jim Miller Award - Peter Henry
Awarded to a SCC member that has made a significant contribution to the advancement of cycling in our community. Jim Miller was an executive member for decades and was a key part of the club’s advocacy efforts to build the Hub Trail. He passed away at age 65 shortly after the opening of the trail. The shelter at the top of Finn Hill is dedicated to his memory.

Volunteer

Volunteer Distinction Award - Cindy Pruce
To recognize outstanding volunteer contributions toward the overall development of the SCC. We want to recognize the unique achievements of a club member who has accomplished a distinctive goal worthy of recognition. This contribution may include (but is not limited to), the development of a club event, committee, program etc.

Creating Community

Creating Community - Stefanie Maione
The creating community award was created for a new initiative that brings cyclists together in our community.

Community Support

Community Supporter - Travis Anderson
This award was created to thank a business or person in a role that helps advance our cycling community.

Dedicated Service

Dedicated Service - Andre Riopel
Awarded to a SCC executive whom through dedicated, long-term and substantive effort, made transformational contributions to the work of the SCC.

Trail Maintenance

Trail Maintenance Excellence - Mike Giciuk
This award was created to honor and thank those that take care of our trails behind the scenes.
