    Are you interested in money AND cycling?

    The Sault Cycling Club is calling out to our membership for individuals interested in filling our Treasurer vacancy. The position will act as Treasurer and as a member of the board to help lead and direct the financial interests of the Sault Cycling Club.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Record membership dues and other financial items
    • Report to the board monthly
    • Prepare budget and financial reports for the AGM
    • Create a budget and prepare cash flow forecasts
    • Keep up to date on CRA policies and ensure compliance around the account record maintenance, financial reporting, and the filing requirements for annual information returns

    What the individual needs to apply for this position:

    • Have experience in finance of a treasurer role
    • Have a love for cycling and the community

    HOW TO APPLY

    Please submit letters of interest in the position along with your qualifications to info@saultcyclingclub.ca by September 8, 2023. A review of candidates will take place and a vote will take place at our September board meeting. 

    The term of the Treasurer position will begin September 15, 2023 and end in March 2024 at our Annual General Meeting. Nominations for a full 2 year position will begin in March of 2024.
